Arterra executive Chef Tony Miller began experimenting in the kitchen around age 3 and by the time Miller was 14 he had already cooked his way through the entire “Great Chefs of New Orleans” cookbook. He has spent most of his life as a chef in restaurants around the world and has had a true passion for food his entire life. After many of his culinary expeditions, he finds himself now settled in Del Mar at restaurant Arterra trying to bring fun back to food.
