My sister gave me a copy of Rosalea Murphy’s In The Pink many years ago. I still use it once in a while, and the Lobster Salad Fabulosa is always a big hit for picnics and potlucks. It’s a little book commemorating the 50th ….. for me by my husband and given to me on my birthday a few years ago. We are both chefs and have many cookbooks but this was a huge volume of all his recipes from various hotels and sports venues he has been a chef at over the last 25 years. …
