Tuesday, September 29th, 2009Also, Drew Kirkland is our new chef/pitmaster. Drew was the chef de cuisine for Kevin Rathbun for four years. Recently, he has been serving BBQ at the Albert. The Lang smoker is Drew’s, and he is very passionate about his BBQ.
