Chefs Michael and Wendy Jordan have done an amazing job perfecting American food and at Rosemary’s the food takes center stage. I found it to be a welcomed change from creative Strip concoctions. There is nothing like a salmon filet, chicken breast or cut of veal cooked perfectly.
